When you place an animal order online, someone will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours to give you a shipping estimate also schedule a shipping day.

All shipments must paid in advance. For money order payments being mailed to us, we will put a 24 hour courtesy hold on animals to wait for payment if you contact us by phone to let us know what animal you are ordering. NY residents add 8.25% sales tax.

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER ERROR: We cannot be held responsible for carrier error.

Brooklyn Dart Frogs LLC guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and for 3 days after arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee).

Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.

We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions, but can not guarantee animals when your daytime high temperature is above 90, or your daytime high temperature is below 40 degrees. Brooklyn Dart Frogs LLC is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, store credit only.

What are your chances of getting a sexed pair of frogs from unsexable froglets?
Since most dart frog froglets and juveniles are not sexable, the outcome is really a gamble. In the chart below, you can see how your chances are enhanced by purchasing a small group of froglets when compared to purchasing just a pair. We have all been in this position and most experienced frog keepers realize that it is best to play the odds and purchase the most we can afford.
